Personal data we process
SafeSpend processes data related to visitors to your website, usually at the business level. However, if you are a customer using, for example, a login function, this may include personal data.
This information may be enriched using your back-end systems (such as a CRM) or third-party data (such as company information linked to an IP address), to generate meaningful reports.
You retain full control and direct access to the data we process. You have 24/7 access to delete this data yourself.
SafeSpend never shares your information—or that of your customers—with third parties without your explicit consent.
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data from visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify a visitor's age. We advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data collection without parental consent.

To make such a request, send an email to info@safespend.nl. To verify your identity, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with your request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible, and no later than within four weeks.
