Personal data we process
SafeSpend usually registers data relating to visitors to your website at company level, but if you use a login as a customer, for example, this can also be at personal level.
This data can be enriched using your back-end (e.g. CRM system) or using information from third parties (e.g. information from companies associated with an IP address) to produce meaningful reports.
You always maintain an overview of, and direct access to, the information we register. You have the ability to delete data yourself 24x7.
SafeSpend never shares your information, or that of your customers, with third parties without your explicit consent.
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such permission, please contact us at sam@safespend.nl and we will delete this information.

SafeSpend does not use cookies or similar technologies.
Viewing, modifying or deleting data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by SafeSpend, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.
You can submit a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@safespend.nl.
To ensure that the request for access was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.
SafeSpend also wishes to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
How we protect personal data
SafeSpend takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
